I've found a great new Windows 7 Theme called "Vista for Windows 7". I prefer the look of Vista over Windows 7 and this visual style along with the Vista wallpapers can get you close to the Vista look in Windows 7. The theme can be found here : http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=818990

Netflix Movies Available for Windows 7
As of November 2nd, 2009, Netflix content began being available to Windows 7 users through Windows Media Center. Having launched its latest Windows client on October 22nd, Microsoft kicked up a notch Windows Media Center in select editions of the operating system, by providing users with additional content. Customers running Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate, namely the editions featuring Windows Media Center, will be able to enjoy Internet TV and Netflix.
However, while Internet TV is offered for free to Windows 7 users of Windows Media Center capable SKUs in the US and UK, Netflix is available exclusively to people running the platform in the United States. Microsoft has revealed no plans to internationalize Netflix content yet. Nonetheless, the Redmond company is itself dependent on the materials served by Netflix.
Below is my Windows 7 Media Center with the Internet content guide:
“Right from Windows Media Center, you can access your Instant Queue to play movies and TV shows and browse the Netflix library and add movies or TV shows to your Instant Queue or Instant Queue. Netflix in Windows Media Center is only available in the U.S. today as Netflix On-Demand (“Instant Watch”) videos are available only in the U.S. Fire Windows Media Center in Windows 7 up today and give both Internet TV and Netflix a spin,” stated Brandon LeBlanc, Windows Communications manager on the Windows Client Communications Team.
In order to be able to watch Netflix movies and TV shows in Windows Media Center, users will need a membership to the service. Netflix is offering a free trial of two weeks to customers interested in seeing what it’s all about.
“With a Netflix subscription, Netflix on Windows Media Center provides the following features: Watch Netflix content instantly; Manage both instant and DVD queues; Search the complete Netflix library; Filter searches by titles that are available to watch instantly; Browse by using a remote control,” Microsoft noted.

How to enable the equalizer in Media Player
How to Enable Equalizer, SRS WOW, Play Speed, Dolby Digital and Other Enhancements in WMP 12
Windows Media Player 12 (WMP12) is the next version of Windows Media Player software that comes bundled with Windows 7, the next version of Windows operating system from Microsoft. WMP 12 features additional built-in codecs and lots of graphical user interface (GUI) improvement, which makes WMP12 more elegant. With the redesign, some common controls and settings in WMP has also been repositioned.
For example, the enhacements setting in Windows Media Player 12 such as crossfading and auto volume leveling, graphic equalizer, play speed settings, quiet mode, SRS WOW effects, video settings and Dolby Digital settings have been removed menu and preference in WMP12 Library view, and only available hidden in Now Playing view or Skin mode.
So, in order to access Windows Media Player Enhancements configuration, user has to switch to WMP 12 Now Playing mode or Skin view. To do so, follow the step-by-step guide.
Switch to WMP12 Now Playing or Skin View
In Windows Media Player 12 Library view, click on Switch to Now Playing shortcut icon to instantly change to Now Playing view.
Alternatively, press Alt key to display the menu bar, and then go to View menu, and click on Now Playing or Skin to switch to Now Playing or Skin view respectively. For keyboard shortcut, press Ctrl+2 to switch to Skin view, or Ctrl+3 to switch to Now Playing mode.
How to Access Graphic Equalizer, SRS WOW Effects, Crossfading and Auto Volume Leveling, Play Speed Settings, Quiet Mode, Video Settings and Dolby Digital Settings
Press Alt key to display the menu bar, and then go to View menu to select Enhancements in the pull down menu. The following enhancement options can be found:
Crossfading and auto volume leveling
Graphic equalizer
Play speed settings
Quiet mode
SRS WOW effects
Video settings
Dolby Digital settings
An alternative method to display Enhancements menu in WMP12 is to click on Show List on the top right corner to display the playlist, and then click on the button on the end of the Playlist pane, and then go to Enhancements menu item to display all options available.

Build 7600 Now Available
KezNews recently noted that Windows 7 Build 7600 may be the RTM version everyone has been waiting for. I got the chance to try this build today. Not much different than the previous build, other than this version is the 64-Bit build. Really seems a little faster than the 32-bit build. The Pandora gadget needs to have the Win7 sidebar running in 32-bit mode, since it needs Adobe Flash player 32-bit version. One thing fixed is the cleanmgr.exe setup bug. It now will clear the recycle bin items. Hooray !

Windows 7 -Build 7264
Windows 7 Build #7264 is out and seems similar to the last build. Below are screenshots. The beta build key codes do not work. You must activate separately.
Largely, Windows 7 Build 7264 is a case of move along, nothing new to see here. There are of course differences between RC Build 7100 and Build 7264, but only a few details reverberate to the surface of the operating system, with the new milestone bringing almost nothing new to the table. The Betta fish wallpaper is gone in favor of a stylized interpretation of the Windows logo. The versioning of programs such as Internet Explorer 8 has of course changed. And, naturally, the build string of Windows 7 has been modified, and it now reads 6.1.7264.0.win7_rtm.090622-1900, wrapped up on June 22nd. Any additional changes are less visible.
But they do exist. One example, revealed by the Terminal Services team, is the fact that the RTM edition of Windows 7 no longer allows DirectX client-side rendering over RDP 7 (Remote Desktop Protocol 7). It's bound that additional modifications have also been implemented, just not detailed by Microsoft in the same manner as the removed client rendering via RDP 7 for DirectX 10.1 / DXGI 1.1 and Direct 2D applications for Windows 7 RTM.
One very relevant aspect that did in fact change is related to the activation process. Windows 7 Build 7264 no longer accepts Beta Build 7000 or RC Build 7100 product keys, and will not activate. Without product keys from the Redmond company, at least for the time being, it is impossible to genuinely activate Windows 7 Build 7264. Users of course have the slmgr rearm trick available to prolong the trial period to 120 days, but there's no legitimate way to make an installation of Windows 7 Build 7264 live until March 2010 when the expiration process for the operating system is scheduled to debut with bi-hourly reboots.
Meanwhile, Microsoft is pressing onward with the final development steps that will take Windows 7 to RTM. According to Wzor, no less than four additional development milestones of the platform have been produced since Build 7264. Microsoft is reported to have already compiled Windows 7 Builds 6.1.7265.0.win7_rtm.090624-1905; 6.1.7266.0.win7_rtm.090626-1902 and 6.1.7267.0.win7_rtm.090629-1952. The latest bits wrapped up are said to be 6.1.7268.0.win7_rtm.090701-1900, which according to the date was finalized on July 1st, 2009. - from Softpedia.com

Windows 7 - Build 7137 RCM?
I had the chance to try out the latest Windows 7 Build 7137 today. There have been a few subsequent releases beyond the Build 7100 released to the general public. While it is too soon to do a full evaluation, some of the install screens look more polished. Full install took only 20 minutes. IE8 seems slightly faster and more stable. This is not the Relase To Manufacturerers (RCM) that will be preloaded onto new computers for the upcoming Christmas Holiday shopping season, but is is very close. Stay tuned for the full Retail version in the coming weeks....

Windows 7 - Build 7077 RC1 Offers refinements-1
The installation for Windows 7 latest build 7077, fixes some minor bugs. I had the chance to play with the new Media Center and it offers a slick interface and easy navigation. . During this install, which only took 30 minutes, I chose the Business Network settings vs. Home Group, and it immediately found all my network PC's. This was problematic under the Home Group settings. Overall very fast, excellent compatablity, and a good ride. It still feels like Vista version 2. But that is not always a bad thing...Notice the addition of the Quick Launch Toolbar.
